Terms governing use of the Orangeburg Secure email security gateway platform.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the email security gateway services provided by Orangeburg Secure at orangeburgradiology.com and api.orangeburgradiology.com.
Orangeburg Secure provides SMTP gateway services including inbound mail filtering, outbound relay, quarantine management, threat intelligence, and API access. The service operates on standard email ports (TCP 25 inbound for MX, TCP 25 outbound for relay delivery).
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding API keys (px_live_ and px_test_ prefixes) and admin credentials. Notify us immediately at contact@orangeburgradiology.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not use the gateway to send spam, distribute malware, or relay unsolicited bulk email. You may not attempt to bypass filtering, probe gateway infrastructure, or use the service in violation of applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
By pointing your domain's MX records to mx1.orangeburgradiology.com and mx2.orangeburgradiology.com, you authorize us to receive, scan, and relay email on your behalf. You retain ownership of your email content. We act as a data processor under your instructions.
Pro and Enterprise plans include a 99.99% uptime SLA for gateway availability. Scheduled maintenance is announced 72 hours in advance. Failover via mx2.orangeburgradiology.com is provided at no additional cost.
Pricing is per mailbox per month as described on our pricing page. Overages are billed at your plan rate. Enterprise custom pricing is governed by separate order forms. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
The gateway is provided "as is" with industry-standard threat detection (99.7% catch rate). We are not liable for email loss due to misconfigured DNS, upstream provider outages, or zero-day threats not yet in our detection engines. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, revert MX records to your previous mail server. Quarantined data is deleted within 30 days of termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Orangeburg County, New York.
