Pricing questions

How is a mailbox counted?

Any unique email address receiving mail through the gateway counts as one mailbox. Aliases and distribution lists do not add to your count unless they have separate inboxes.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No annual lock-in on Starter or Pro. Enterprise contracts are typically 12 months with volume discounts above 5,000 mailboxes.

What about overages?

If you exceed your plan's mailbox limit, additional mailboxes are billed at your plan rate on a prorated basis. We notify you at 90% capacity.

Do you charge per email volume?

No. Pricing is per mailbox only. Fair-use limits apply above 10,000 messages/mailbox/day — contact us for high-volume senders.
