Email provider setup

Google Workspace

Set MX priority 1 to mx1.orangeburgradiology.com and priority 5 to mx2.orangeburgradiology.com. Keep Google's SPF include and add our SPF include: include:spf.orangeburgradiology.com. No routing rules needed — we deliver to Google's inbound servers after filtering.

Microsoft 365

Replace existing MX records with our gateway MX hosts. Add a connector in Exchange admin if using outbound relay. We support direct delivery to *.mail.protection.outlook.com after scan.

On-prem Exchange

Point MX to our gateway; configure your Exchange receive connector to accept mail only from our relay IPs. We provide a dedicated relay hostname (relay.orangeburgradiology.com) for outbound.

How long does deployment take?

MX changes propagate in 15–60 minutes. Filtering is active as soon as DNS resolves. API keys are issued instantly on account creation.

Will this break existing mail flow?

No. We accept on port 25, scan, and relay to your existing mail server. Failover MX (mx2.orangeburgradiology.com) ensures continuity if the primary node is unreachable.
